Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Bid Project Manager - Financial Services

BPO bids are complex and fast paced, involving numerous resources and often third party suppliers in their production. They can span several locations and different time zones, and are subject to time and budget constraints. They also undergo a series of reviews to ensure adherence to internal quality and commercial controls.

Job Description:
•Manage full bid life cycle from qualification, RfI, RfP, dialogue through to negotiation and handover to operations.
•Create a bid plan and manage the creation of the solution and proposal ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value proposition
•Ensure that all customer specified milestones are met and all deliverables of the bid are produced as specified
•Monitor the bid plan and provide proper reporting on progress, issues and risks
•Ensure that whole bid is managed according to procedure and best practice
•Manage changes to the plan
•In addition to the above, maintain oversight of all FS bids

Candidate's profile:
•Strong business acumen
•Proven experience in Project Management, whether formal or informal
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
•Strong leadership skills
•Tenacious and assertive, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
•Able to manage conflicting time demands and multiple tasks simultaneously
•Ability to work under time and stress pressure
•Fluent English – French advantageous
•Willingness to travel frequently
•Knowledge of one or more Financial Services sub-sectors is advantageous
