Data Administrator
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Responsibility:

• managing data and proper care of the real estate customer documentation,
• validating data entered by other team members,
• reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate lease documents,
• preparing abstracts of leases in English,
• taking part in client’s calls and meetings,
• preparing reports on Client’s real estate portfolio.


Requirements:

• fluent English,
• at least 6 months experience in working with data bases in real estate, finance or accountancy,
• higher education (real estate, finance, accounting, law, business, engineering),
• very good knowledge of Ms Excel (reporting),
• command of other European languages will be an advantage,
• very good analytical, interpersonal and team working skills,
• result oriented and customer focused.
